Not because the science is wrong. Because he's talking to the wrong people, in the wrong language, about the wrong layer of the problem.

Let me show you what I mean, and why it matters for anyone trying to actually solve climate problems in their own community.

The climate article I read explained that putting organic matter back in soil helps cool neighborhoods. **That's true.**

But it didn't mention:

- Who owns that soil?
- Where does organic matter come from at scale?
- Who pays to transport and apply it?
- What regulations govern organic waste processing?
- Which existing industries might block this because it threatens their business model?

**Missing that context is like giving someone directions to a destination without mentioning the roads are washed out and the bridges are down.**

### The Loading Dock Insight (The Breakthrough Moment)

Here's what I learned managing nightclubs and running food programs that changed how I think about solving big problems:

**The people in the C-suite talking about sustainability often have NO IDEA what's happening at the loading dock.**

**WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:** If you're a city manager: Your organic waste could become cooling infrastructure for heat-stressed neighborhoods while reducing disposal costs.

If you're a school facilities director: That field turning into a dust bowl every summer? Organic waste processed into soil amendments could fix that while saving on irrigation.
