key_reframe: AI set up right is the first tool in human history that can keep up with
a squirrel brain. Prompts are a parlor trick; the real move is dropping your actual
context in so it knows how your brain works before you say a word.
whimsy_marker: She asked for two scoops. I served the banana split. ... so completely,
precisely, devastatingly right that I doubled over laughing on the kitchen floor.

# Two Scoops

*A field note for anybody who has ever been buried in complexity and blamed themselves for it — and the AI toolkit that finally gave me a way out.*

Melissa came home tired and asked how my day was. Six minutes later she threw her hands up: *I only asked for two scoops!* She'd asked for the polite small-talk opener; I served the banana split — three projects, five communities, two pitches, a fire-mitigation working group, the food-system thread running in three browser windows, and the part where all of it is the same thing if you squint. She was so precisely right I doubled over laughing on the kitchen floor. Melissa is damn near everybody I've ever met, and more patient with my banana splits than most.

**If you're ADHD, this page is for you first.** Most of neurodivergent adult life is a long, unfunny negotiation between what you can see and what the room can hear. AI, set up correctly, is the first tool in human history that can actually keep up with a squirrel brain. It catches the tangent. It holds nine threads. It's the scaffolding we've been cobbling out of shame and sticky notes our whole lives.

**What "set up right" means:** prompts are a distraction — a parlor trick. The real move is dropping your actual context into the tool so it already knows how your brain works before you say a word. Ten minutes, one conversation, a personal context file that travels into every AI account you use. That's the House Sauce. Not a course, not a system to learn — a tuning fork. Drop it in, say hi, and the AI stops trying to organize you into a straight line and starts working with how you think. It can pull the two scoops somebody actually wanted back out of the middle of the mess before the ice cream melts.
