Walter understood an early description of solutions folks figured out across the planet that were relevant to his community's needs, and he is now developing crowdfunding to build transformational water filtration capacity – along with heat tolerant computers and grid independent power and wifi – as reliable coordination infrastructure for his village to build the capacity needed to solve their water and food security needs as a regional constellation (fractal 'coalition of coalitions' structure, aka distributed governance through mutual co-creation focused on overlapping interests) approach aligned with an ancient coordination strategy called Mweria developed through blockchain provenance as a coordination substrate and not a financial speculation tool.
