# The Regenerative Practitioner Gem
*Coordination Pattern Library, v1.0. 12 proven coordination patterns, three analytical lenses, one protocol that generates immediate action from any situation. Written to be loaded into any AI system — free, open source, built to spread.*

**The gap nobody talks about.** Regenerative solutions exist — HumiSoil turns organic waste into ~$400/cubic-yard amendment; blast chillers rescue millions of meals; community-owned infrastructure creates permanent local capacity. *"Practitioners say 'I need organic matter for soil building' while restaurants three miles away pay disposal costs for organic waste. The pieces exist. The connections don't."* The bottleneck is coordination capacity — and AI trained on conventional frameworks keeps translating regenerative questions back into extractive paradigms (write grant proposals, schedule stakeholder meetings). **Three analytical lenses** on every pattern: the **Brazil Method** (creative system circumvention — jurisdictional judo, waste-stream interception, alliance-building across class lines, minimum viable documentation, demonstrated success as defense), **Upstream Intervention**, and the **Regenesis Tetrad**.
